Shock City Studios

<?php the_title(); } ?>

It’s been about six months since I last took a look at this project, so I figured I needed to post an update. From appearances, the future home of the studio for Shock City Music Works appears to be nearly complete.

I haven’t been able to look inside, but the exterior seems just about done. And its looking great. A welcome addition to the Benton Park neighborhood at 2200 Gravois.  No word on the when they will be open for business, but you can get a good view of what the interior of the building will look like on the Shock City Studios website.

Other than the music studio, the Polar Wave Ice & Fuel building will also be home to other businesses. Grubb & Ellis/Gundaker Commercial are currently trying to lease 12,000 sq ft of office and retail space in the building. No word yet on possible tenants.

UPDATE – I finally got a chance to tour the inside of the building. For pics and impressions, click here.

    Matt, thanks for the kind words! We are extremely proud of the progress and can’t wait to show it off. We are easy to get a hold of if you would like a tour to take some inside pics. Thanks again.
