Investor’s Alliance

Investor’s Alliance began in January 2007 when a few other like-minded agents and I went off with our Broker Charles Aschinger to form the company. Our focus is on multi-family, pre-rehabbed and mixed-use real estate. We handle real estate transactions for both buyers and sellers, in addition to leasing apartments and full property-management (we’re selective on what we take on).

We all operate under the idea that developing long-term relationships with out clients is our highest priority. Between transactions, if one of our clients ever needs advice on what to do in a certain situation or are just looking for a referral of a contractor, we’re always glad to help. Happy and efficient investors are more profitable, and that’s the whole idea. These are business deals, and the bottom line means everything. We can help you with that.
