What with my ongoing rehab project on Connecticut and a rather frantic amount of real estate transactions to handle, I have had a hard time keeping up with everything, but that is no secret. Bye, bye California

My posting frequency has been slowed quite a bit over the past few weeks due to being really busy with work and taking on my new rehab project. You probably noticed that posting came to a complete halt over the extended holiday. Never fear, I just on vacation and I am back in St. Louis and back on my game. Read more

New design almost complete

As you have no doubt noticed, there have been some pretty significant changes around here in the last week. I had hoped to be back to my normal daily posting frequency by now, but tackling this design has proven to be greater challenge than I anticipated.  Its probably going to take me a few months to get everything polished, but as you can tell, its getting more and more functional by the day. If you have any comments on how things are turning out or have any suggestions I’d love to hear from you. I should be posting two stories tomorrow so make sure you check back soon.

Progress continues

Save a short break to get a bit to eat, I have been working on this blog nonstop since my previous post. I’m finally done with phase one. I have transferred everything from Blogger to Wordpress and things should move quickly from here on. I have more tedious cleanup to work on tomorrow, but I should be able to start implementing the full design very soon. In the meantime, don’t think badly of me for the current uninspired layout.

Posting back up

It looks like my ability to post came back sooner than expected. I’ve got a good start on the new design and everything close to being setup for the final transfer. This blog has been all substance and no style since its inception, but that is about to change. This new look is not only exceptionally user friendly, it simply looks awesome. I’m hoping to have everything off the ground by the end of the week. Keep your eyes peeled.

New blog design coming

I’m finally getting my new design together for the blog. Unfortunately I have to switch servers and blog software and I won’t be able to post for a few days because of the change. The new design will probably take a week or two to come together after the transfer. Check back later this week for the usual updates.

Regular updates back next week

This is single flu virus magnified to see with the naked eye. Not too intimidating on its own, but when millions of these things attack your body at once it doesn’t feel too good. That’s why I haven’t updated all week: I came down with the flu.

To those who have already been through this this year; I feel your pain. For those who will be afflicted in the coming weeks; Make sure you drink your fluids and get lots and lots of rest. I’m finally on the uphill side of this and should have regular updates again next week. Have a great weekend.

Uploaded back articles

I have finally finished uploading all of the articles that have appeared in the newsletter in the year of it’s publication. I updated articles where necessary and deleted those that are just too outdated. They have all been backdated to the November archive, so look there if you want to check them out.
