About Me
Born and raised in St. Louis City, I moved to St. Charles County for a while, but now I’m back in the city. I live and work in the Benton Park Neighborhood, and am loving every minute of it.
As you may already have noticed from the other content on this website, I work in investment real estate with a company called Investor’s Alliance. You may call me a real estate agent if you must, but I prefer the term real estate consultant. I work, pretty much, exclusively with multi-families and pre-rehabs in the South City area. If you’re in the market to buy or sell any such properties in the City or inner suburbs, I’m your man. I am also always willing to give advice on how to improve the performance of your buildings. Happy landlords buy more properties after all.
I’ve been in the business for over two years now. Before starting up Investor’s Alliance in January 2007, I was with a similar firm for about a year. Before that I spent time doing rehabs, performing appraisals for a foreclosure company, and marketing for Big Brothers Big Sisters as an Americorps VISTA in Columbia, MO. I also have degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science, which I received from the University of Missouri - St. Louis.
I love this city that I call home and I am doing what I can to make it a better place. I run this website because I enjoy sharing my thoughts and any interesting news tidbits I come across to keep the local investor in touch with the community. I hope you find it useful.
